State Rep. Paul Jacobs welcomed Elizabeth hill, a junior at Anna-Jonesboro High School, as his Page on Friday. This is the second year Elizabeth has served. She plans to study criminal law eventually but hasn’t decided on whether to focus in the area of criminal prosecution or criminal defense.
