Last month, Democrats abruptly gutted a Senate child welfare bill and in less than 48 hours enacted legislation that changed Illinois election rules during the middle of an election cycle. Though this law was found unconstitutional, it makes it clear that Democrats will do whatever it takes to get their way, even if it means disenfranchising Illinois voters.
